You know when you meet people and you just click with them right away? Yep that was Phil and Emily, the second I met them I knew we would have such a good time together. Their vow renewal was at the most gorgeous lake at Snoqualmie Pass, my jaw seriously dropped as I was driving to the lake. It’s surrounded completely by woods and beautiful snowcapped mountains.

Emily wore a gold floral crown accompanied with this stunning matching floral dress embellished with pearls from Morning Lavender. And can we talk about this BOUQUET?! The vibrant colors of the handpicked garden flowers popped against the moody forest backdrop + the silk ribbon from Hey It’s Oh So Pretty added the perfect finishing touch to it all!

Phil + Emily’s love for each other just shined throughout the whole day, I was seriously behind the camera squealing at how adorable they were together! (I do that a lot btw) and their smiles, aghh they have the sweetest smiles. We talked about our dreams, bucket-list places we want to travel to, favorite Disney movies, and laughed so much in the process. We took some trails and came back to a spot right in front of the mountains just as the clouds started rolling in, we definitely took a good few moments to soak in the epic view + take some stunning portraits by the lake. We had cold hands but warm hearts.

I absolutely love vow renewals! I mean who doesn’t want to go somewhere epic and get all dressed up again?! It’s honestly the perfect opportunity to go somewhere special to you both, celebrate the years you’ve spent together, be reminded of the vows you two promised each other on your wedding, and see how much you’ve grown together!
